There are several approaches to increase the proportions of the penis. While some men opt for penis lengthening, others prefer to increase the girth. You’ll be happy to know that we specialize in performing both procedures at our medical facilities, but If you are among the latter, the procedure you’ll be interested in is simply called thickening of the penis. Here’s everything you need to know before undergoing penis thickening.
The procedure itself is pretty straightforward and involves injecting fat into the area below the glans of the penis, where your foreskin is. Before the procedure starts, general anesthesia will be administered assuring the entire process is pain-free.
The procedure consists of two phases. The first phase involves making a small incision on your abdomen area and removing a small amount of natural fat that will later be used for your penis. After the first phase is done, we make another small incision under the head of the penis and inject the fat into the area.
Finally, we stitch the area making sure it properly heals. This procedure takes a few hours, so you can be in and out on the same day, and it is done in such a way that leaves no visible scars. The stitches will dissolve after a week or so.
The recovery period
Once the procedure has been performed, you will have to keep your penis wrapped in order to keep the fat evenly distributed. This is especially important in the first few days following the procedure.
However, even during this period unevenness can be caused due to various reasons which can be corrected by moving the injected fat with your fingers and redistributing it properly. This must be monitored by the patient, especially during showers and other daily activities where the fat may move from one area to another. Luckily, it will settle down fairly quickly.
